Submitting an inquiry
The forms send your details to Sundial only when you select Send inquiry. Reviewing does not send anything. If a submission fails, your entries remain on the current page so you can try again.
How information is handled
Sundial stores submitted contact and inquiry details so the team can review and respond. Supplier portfolios are stored privately, are never published, and remain unavailable to staff until they pass the file-safety workflow.
Information you share
Include only the contact and project information needed for your inquiry. Please avoid sending confidential, financial, or sensitive personal information through an initial inquiry.
