The original building sustained structural damage from an earthquake and Typhoon Tino. It also had pre-existing acoustic and ventilation issues that needed to be addressed.
An opportunity to redesign the building from the ground up.
A full reconstruction and strengthening project following earthquake and typhoon damage. The building was reinforced, replanned for future company growth, and upgraded to resolve key issues in acoustics, heat, ventilation, electrical systems, plumbing, and overall spatial performance.
Comfort, privacy, and flexibility.
The rebuilt headquarters resolves the original comfort and acoustic limitations. The executive room adds privacy for shareholder and business development meetings, improved acoustics, and flexible storage for use across departments.
