Cebu’s growing metropolitan population required a dependable, large-scale source of potable water, engineered to meet Philippine National Standards for Drinking Water and perform reliably across varied terrain.
A complete site, thoughtfully connected.
The plant begins at the source, drawing surface water from the river through a controlled intake. From there, it moves through screening, sedimentation, filtration, and disinfection — the full system built by Sundial, together with a reservoir, for a steady, reliable supply.

The water treatment facility with a capacity of up to 30 million liters per day of potable water can supply approximately 50,000 households.
